Role overview
Lead projects from requirements through improvements after launch, working with people inside and outside the company. We welcome people who can independently define challenges, make decisions and move work forward.
Main responsibilities
- Listen to client challenges and define requirements
- Manage production schedules, quality and priorities
- Work with designers and engineers and move decisions forward
- Propose improvements after launch, including data analysis, planning and execution management

- Someone who can work backward from an objective and define the actions needed
- Someone who can make decisions and move forward under uncertainty
- Someone who can build agreement among stakeholders while advancing a project
- Someone committed to continuous improvement and accountable for results
