Thank you for supporting GleamHub LLC. On September 13, 2024, we moved from a virtual office to a physical office.
At first, we prioritized efficiency and cost, using a virtual office and working in a nomadic style. As the business grew, we increasingly needed a space for direct interaction with clients and team members and an environment suited to creative work. We therefore decided to move into a physical office.

Our new office has two desks and a shared space, providing an environment for more efficient work. It also includes a space for visitors, allowing us to meet clients face to face as we move projects forward.
Why we moved from a virtual to a physical office
Our virtual office played an important role in enabling flexible work based on remote working and online communication. For our next stage, we decided to establish a physical office for the following reasons.
- Building trust face to face
Creating more opportunities to meet clients and partners in person and build deeper relationships. - Strengthening collaboration within the team
Using communication in a shared physical space to build team cohesion and generate ideas. - Improving our working environment
Providing a place where the team can focus and make the most of its work.
Looking ahead
