Automating shopfloor "paper and Excel" with IoT: what to handle with no-code and when to turn to custom development

"We run a food warehouse where staff physically check the refrigerator temperatures every two hours, write them down on paper, and re-enter them into Excel later. Furthermore, captured data only creates efficiency once it flows seamlessly into existing Excel workflows or ERP systems.
